The 'Hub in Your Community' program builds on insights gained from previous initiatives, such as ‘Play to Potential’. Each location will host a one-hour session for both age groups, facilitated by experienced community coaches trained in multi-sport, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practices. The sessions will adopt a relaxed multi-sport approach, allowing participants to explore various activities and develop essential inter-personal skills like confidence and leadership. Coaches will encourage peer-to-peer interactions, fostering volunteering and mentoring pathways.

Hub locations will include Gower Park, University of Hull, Beverley Leisure Centre, and Bridlington Sports Centre, with each venue hosting a one-hour session for ten-to-thirteen-year-olds and a one-hour session for fourteen-to-seventeen-year-olds.

Additionally, the program will incorporate 'sport plus' activities aimed at enhancing mental and emotional resilience. These sessions will emphasise life skills and empower participants to make informed decisions. Drawing inspiration from rugby's core values—teamwork, respect, enjoyment, and discipline—workshops will be co-delivered in collaboration with community safety partners. These workshops will cover critical topics such as managing stress, building healthy relationships, and understanding the risks associated with behaviors like substance substance misuse and knife crime.

Over the course of one year, the foundation aims to deliver a comprehensive set of outputs, including 400 hours of sport and related activities, direct engagement with 200 young beneficiaries, and equipping 40 participants with the qualifications needed to lead community sessions. Ultimately, their goal is to contribute to a decrease in crime and anti-social behavior within the communities they serve.
