The Humber Violence Prevention Partnership places a real emphasis on evaluating its work. We are committed to critically examining our impact and are taking steps to collect and analyse information about our activities.

The University of Hull has been commissioned to provide evaluation support to the Humber VPP, including project and programme-level evaluations, advice on project design and strategic advice on the work of the VPP.

Mid Point Evaluation

The University of Hull, as the evaluation partner for the Humber Violence Prevention Partnership (VPP), has been working closely with the VPP team to develop an evaluation framework. The process included developing a Theory of Change, conducting surveys and focus groups with intervention partners, and key stakeholder groups. A strengths-based approach was used to highlight positive aspects and address challenges. The analysis was done using SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
