This autumn, we're hosting two free webinars designed to improve understanding of neurodiversity and strengthen inclusive practice across workplaces and educational settings.

Whether you work in policing, education, the community sector, or simply want to broaden your awareness, these sessions offer practical insights you can apply straight away.

About the Sessions

Lunch & Learn Webinar: Neurodiversity Awareness
Date: Monday 14 September
Time: 12:00 - 13:15 GMT
Summary: This introductory session explores what neurodiversity means and challenges some of the misconceptions that can shape people's experiences at work and in wider society. You'll gain an understanding of conditions such as autism, ADHD and dyslexia and leave with practical, low-cost adjustments to create more inclusive environments for colleagues, customers and service users.

Webinar: Neurodiversity in Education
Date: Monday 5 October
Time: 15:30 - 16:45 GMT
Summary: Designed for educators, support staff and learning providers, this session explores the growing prevalence of neurodivergent learners and the challenges they may encounter - from academic structures and stigma to mental health pressures. It will also highlight the strengths neurodivergent students bring and share strategies you can use immediately to better support learners with autism, ADHD and dyslexia.

About the Training Provider

Both sessions will be led by Kathryn Jellings, Director of 3SC. 3SC is a social enterprise that has delivered support to neurodiverse people since 2018 and carried out workplace health assessments for almost 10 years.

They support people in a range of different settings, including those in work, people looking for employment and people who are involved in the justice system. So far, 3SC has supported over 2,000 neurodivergent people and worked with over 800 employers.
