We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Evaluation and Insight Officer on a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed term contract ending on the 31 March 2027.

If you are passionate about using data and evidence to create safer communities, then this is the role for you. As our Evaluation and Insight Officer, you’ll play a central role in shaping how we measure impact and learn from our work. 

You’ll design and deliver evaluations across a range of our interventions, turning data into meaningful insights that drive evidence-based decision-making.

Your role will include the following:

  • Designing and delivering evaluation frameworks for violence prevention interventions
  • Collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Producing clear, engaging reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Supporting partners to improve their monitoring and evaluation practices
